Our sample menus can be viewed here on our website and are created by Mike and his team in consultation with you we will design specific menus to suit your taste, budget and any specific dietary requirements.

Over the years we have built a trusting relationship with a large range of niche suppliers who like ourselves only believe in quality, responsibly sourced produce.

We prefer to use niche suppliers and local businesses wherever possible this allows for traceability and the highest quality of produce used. This attention to detail allows the quality of our menus to stand out from our competitors.

All our food is prepared in our kitchen, brought to the location and cooked fresh on site – with no reheating of food, taste our reputation.
