We spent the most wonderful holiday in Ireland, with chef Paul looking after us for four days. His breakfast delicious and we spent the days wondering and discussing what he would present us for dinner. Which was most welcome after a couple of rainy days. He even packed us a picnic on the day we were driving the ring of Beara to enjoy along the way. We are still talking about our trip to Ireland last year and would recommend chefhire.ie to anyone travelling there.

This was our first time in Ireland for a family reunion where i met some of my Irish family for the first time.
